The Irish Multihull Association is the governing body for catamaran sailing and
racing in Ireland. Originally the Irish Catamaran Association, it was established
over thirty years ago. As testament to the appeal of catamaran sailing, the IMA contains many of it’s original founding members.
The Irish Multihull Association welcomes new members of all levels into this, the
most exciting form of sailing. There are opportunities at all levels from novice
sailors to those who have excelled in other classes and now wish to compete
in the ultimate dinghy class. If you wish to try out catamaran sailing find
the club which suits you best and contact the club’s IMA representative.
